The series pendant is a new and practical medical aided device commonly used in modern operating rooms featuring compact structure and reasonable design. With a rotation angle of 340 degrees within a certain diameter, it is easy to move and lock the pendant position according to the requirements of medical personnel, being a workstation integrating medical gas, power and instrument deck ideal for medical personnel.
1. The main body of the pendant shall be made of 6063 high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles, featuring high corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning and molded production.
2. The surface adopts environment-friendly powder spraying treatment, powder wherein the powder is subject to EU’s ROHS detection, heavy metal detection and antibacterial detection.
3. The main body of the pendant, with a fully enclosed design, features strong bearing capacity, no sharp angle on the surface, no screws, accurate positioning of the pendant box and no proneness to drift.
4. Multi-sided box assembly, arbitrary placement of gas and electricity terminals, no relative movement between the power wires, gas supply pipes of the equipment carried on all pendants and the pendant body, the power wires and gas supply pipes not exposed in the pendant body, to ensure that the pendants will not cause lines coming off due to changes in position during movement.
7. Instrument deck: one-step molding with ABS materials rather than splicings, optional in sizes, each deck layer bearing ≥ 25kg, the upper edge with additional equipment guide rail of international standards, height adjustable, use 10mm×25mm side rail of international standards for protection with rounded-corner collision avoidance design.
8. Drawer: ABS material, bearing capacity ≥ 40kg, with damping type automatic adsorption function, can effectively prevent serious collisions on equipment when opening and closing the drawer.
9. The mode and quantity of gas terminal, lighting, infusion rack, instrument deck, drawer, power socket, grounding terminal, network interface, etc. can be customized according to the actual requirements.
